A while ago I met a few Afrikaans speaking people, and found out that (being Dutch) I was able to understand them pretty well, despite the fact they were speaking Afrikaans.

Since a few weeks I have broadened my horizon by learning more about jQuery and its famous (or notorious) jQuery object. As a developer who used to work with Dojo a lot, I found a few things that were a bit confusing to me.
